The owner of the Website is based in Estonia. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of Estonia. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. To accomplish trade policy goals in accordance with restrictive measures and sanctions imposed by the United Nations (UN) which the European Union (EU) transposes into EU law, and with the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the United States (US) considering that some of our manufacturers are based in the US, or Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom, TRADE SUMMIT is unable to conduct import and export, wholesale, retail, or any other commercial activities with individuals, businesses, or organizations which are a target of trade, financial, and economic sanctions, or that appear on a sanctions-related list, or that are established or operating in the countries or territories that are the target of comprehensive embargoes or sanctions or parties on the sanctions-related lists referenced above.

1.2 SHIPPING

We work with different carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give our customers the best possible shipping experience. Shipping rates are calculated by different carriers and displayed during order checkout. These rates are determined by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.

1.2.1 CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES

TRADE SUMMIT’s Clothing & Accessories product lines are manufactured in the EU, the US, and Canada, and are available to customers worldwide.

1.3 INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY FEES

Countries outside the USA are subject to customs and import fees and thresholds. For this reason, our products are bound to be taxed according to each country’s specifications. The information provided on our website considers publicly available information on Tax & Duty requirements per country and is subject to change without notice.

2. INFORMATION THAT WE PROVIDE, UPDATES, AND MODIFICATIONS

In TRADE SUMMIT, we are doing business in different languages. At TRADE SUMMIT, we are using social media to listen to our customers to inform them, help them, and ensure them safe access to our services provided by a professional team. Additionally, these social channels allow users to share their opinions. Therefore, we are aiming to have constructive and respectful communication through social media. For this reason, we are here presenting our rules, in addition to those of our Website, that regulate communication via social networks:

a. Social networks are public platforms; thus, the users should be keeping this in mind while they are interacting on platforms where TRADE SUMMIT appears in. They should not share personal data, information, or visuals that may be used against them.

b. The language to be used in networks must be correct, constructive, and respectful.

c. TRADE SUMMIT reserves its right to eliminate, without right of reply, any contribution that:

• • May violate fundamental rights, be slanderous, discriminatory, or be threatening other users or TRADE SUMMIT, or that is illegal.
  • Incorporates third-party data without authorization.
  • Criticizes or disqualifies other users or TRADE SUMMIT.
    Aims to advertise to the user or do private business.
  • Is not related to the theme of the channel, the brand, or to TRADE SUMMIT products and/or services.

d. TRADE SUMMIT uses its social network profiles to make contacts, exchange opinions, and create constructive debates. Therefore, these should not be used for other purposes such as claims, exercising ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition), or submitting complaints. For all these matters, you may find specific guidance and ways on our website and solve any issue by leaving a message at [email protected]. No particular issues or controversies are resolved on social media channels.

e. TRADE SUMMIT is responsible only for what it publishes on social media, in no case third-party publications are its responsibility.

f. The comments and documentation provided by the user in the TRADE SUMMIT social media channels can be used by TRADE SUMMIT. The user will be informed as it will be marked as a favorite or through the form that each network establishes. At any time they can exercise their rights by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. The use of these contributions will not generate any pecuniary or material consideration.

g. The user can only share the contents of the website through social media by respecting the Copyright Policy in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use.

9. RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

If you notice an issue with our products or anything in your order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. In case you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few work days.

9.1 EXEMPTIONS

TRADE SUMMIT will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:

• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
• Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
• Buyer’s remorse: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, only for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

9.2 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

9.3 SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

9.4 EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and consult the address where the product should be sent, as stated below.

9.5 SHIPPING RETURNS

As our products are manufactured in different parts of the world, it is important to identify the right return address. To return your product, you should inquire about the exact manufacturing address before mailing your product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
