Diana Anyango Kolek is the Deputy CEO of the Kenya Chapter of the Africa International Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AICCI). With a profound passion for business development, strategy, and community leadership, Diana brings extensive experience to her esteemed positions. Diana is a distinguished business coach, strategy consultant, conference moderator, speaker, and transformational trainer. She is also a devoted Christian, daughter, wife, and mother of two. Her background in business development, strategy planning, implementation and evaluation, product development, negotiation, and partnership management makes her an invaluable asset to AICCI. Her professional journey is marked by a commitment to helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized businesses achieve clarity of purpose, evoke their brilliance, and create powerful sales systems. Diana focuses on developing systems and structures that drive businesses to profitability, sustainability, scalability, and prosperity. As the former CEO and a board member of the Women in Business Community Network, Diana supported women entrepreneurs across various industries. From 2021 to 2023, she served as the Director of Kenpoise Management Services LTD, an affiliate of Poise Nigeria, refining strategic goals for businesses. Since 2016, she has been the Founder and Lead Consultant at Evoke Global Enterprise Limited, providing strategic consulting and coaching to foster growth and innovation. Diana's career foundation was built at the United States International University (USIU), where she worked as a Credit Control Officer and Student Accountant from 2006 to 2015. This role provided her with solid expertise in finance and credit management. Her robust academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from USIU, a Certification in Business Strategy from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a B.Sc. Degree in Information Systems and Technology from USIU, and additional certifications in Credit Management and Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation. Diana has been featured on various mainstream media platforms, including Family Radio, Spice FM, Radio Legion, Switch TV, Nation Newspaper, and The Standard Newspaper, where her insights on business strategy and development have made her a sought-after voice in the industry. Her commitment to community development and leadership is demonstrated through her involvement in numerous organizations. She is an International Partner for Kenya with the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), affiliated with the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI). She also serves as a Board Member in charge of Strategy at the Women in Business Network, supporting over 1.2 million members across 47 counties. Additionally, she is a Moderator and Mentor with Africa's Leading Ladies, a Facebook group with over 400,000 women members, and a selection panelist for the MasterCard program in collaboration with USIU and the 10,000-women program sponsored by Goldman Sachs.
